  • Noga Brenner Samia

    Noga has dedicated her career to strengthening pluralistic Jewish identity and a sense of Jewish peoplehood among young Israelis.

    Noga joined Hillel from BINA: The Jewish Movement for Social Change, where she served as deputy director and a teacher at the Secular Yeshiva of Tel Aviv for 13 years. She worked in the military and pharmaceutical industries for 10 years before joining KolDor as executive director in 2006.

    Noga holds Rabbinic ordination from Rabanut Yisraelit, HaMidrasha B’Oranim and the Shalom Hartman Institution. She earned an M.A. in Pluralistic Jewish Education from the Hebrew University and Hebrew Union College and has degrees from John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University and The Technion.  Noga leads pluralistic Jewish cultural programs in Tel-Mond, where she lives with her husband and three children. 



  • Rabbi Yossie Goldman

    Rabbi Yossi Goldman has worked for Hillel Israel since 1986.  In his first role, he was the Director of Hillel Jerusalem. Beginning in 1994, Rabbi Goldman simultaneously founded Hillel Centers in the Former Soviet Union, and ten years later fostered the establishment and growth of 27 Hillel Centers in seven countries of the FSU.  Rabbi Goldman founded and was responsible for the expansion of Hillel Israel over the years and supervised the creation of ten centers in universities and colleges across the country. Today, Rabbi Goldman is entrusted to establishing new Hillel centers in Western Europe, particularly in Germany, Hungary, Poland and France. Rabbi Goldman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Accounting and a Master's Degree in Hebrew Literature. He was ordained by the Jewish Theological Seminary and holds two honorary Doctorate Degrees from The Jewish Theological Seminary in New York and the International Solomon University in Kiev, Ukraine.Rabbi Goldman, his wife Judy and their four children made aliya from the United States in 1985 and he and Judy currently live in Jerusalem.




  • Yosef Epstein

    Yosef Epstein is the Associate Director of Finance for Hillel Israel, supervising its financial and administrative affairs. He has worked as a financial consultant to both profit and non-profit organizations in the US and in Israel, the financial manager of a Judaica company, a real estate development group director of finance and marketing, and a financial advisor to a local supermarket chain. Yosef began working for Hillel Israel in 1997, at which time there was only one center in Jerusalem. He supervised the changeover of Hillel Israel from a foreign non-profit corporation to the approved and certified Israel non-profit Charitable Company structure that it is today. He received his MBA from Yale University's School of Organization and Management, his MA in Jewish History and his BA in Economics, both from Yeshiva University. Yosef and his wife live in Jerusalem and together they derive much nachas from their active community- minded children and several happy, energetic and fun grandchildren.

    Esther lives in Jerusalem and feels blessed to work for Hillel.  She started her career with Hillel at the University of Maryland, then the University of Pennsylvania.  She has been with Hillel in Israel since 1990.  In her years at Hillel she has produced plays, worked with student leaders studying at Hebrew U, traveled to Poland with students for March of the Living, traveled to the Former Soviet Union many times and has met over 1500 Taglit-Birthright Israel: Hillel buses in Israel.  She holds a Masters in Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Jewish Studies.  Her passions are cooking, traveling, women’s issues, Jewish life, design, novel reading and relationship - building.

    Esti Schloss officially started working for Hillel International in Israel as the Taglit-Birthright Israel: Hillel Coordinator in January 2012, but was active in Hillel since 2005 as an undergraduate student. Esti graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in Studio Art in 2009 and served on the Hillel Board twice. She then received her Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Community Organizing from The Wurzweiler School of Social Work Block Program in 2011. Esti made aliyah from New York in 2010 and loves that she has found her home in Israel and in Hillel.

    Lena was born and raised in Perm, Russia. She studied at the University in Moscow where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics. Lena took an active part in Hillel Moscow life, staffing Birthright Israel groups and leading seminars and training. In 2013 Lena came to Israel for 10 months on MASA's Melamedia program. In April 2014 she made aliya to Jerusalem and started working as Program Coordinator, Global Hillel Israel.

    Daniella became Director of Hillel at Tel -Hai Academic College in October 2014 and serves as Hillel Israel's Talent Growth Manager since January 2017. Daniella joined Hillel Tel -Hai soon after returning from serving as an Israel Fellow of the Jewish Agency for Israel in Saskatchewan, Canada. As part of her work as an Israel Fellow, Daniella engaged all members of the community, from children and infants to adults and the elderly. Among other things, she worked with the University of Saskatchewan Hillel team where she was introduced to Hillel's global operations. Daniella graduated with honors with a degree in "Culture - Creation & Production" from Sapir Academic College.

    Camille made aliya in 2008 from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She came to Hillel Israel in 2013 after working for five great years for Young Judaea Year Course.Camille feels lucky to live in Jerusalem with her husband, Rob, and their kids, Avinoam, Dalya and Elle.

    Ory has been the director of Hillel at the Hebrew University since January 2019. She has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Non-Profit and Community Organization Management, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Before working at Hillel she spent seven years working at Shatil as an organizer for social change in the fields of Jewish pluralism and democracy.

    Ory lives with her husband and daughter in Jerusalem.

    Keren Dicastro has been the Director of Hillel at Tel Aviv University since July 2017.

    Keren has held a variety of educational positions and has a rich background in Jewish experiential education. She began her Jewish professional journey as a gap year shlicha to Greater MetroWest, NJ (as a Shin Shin). Upon returning to Israel, she served in the IDF as an operations and training officer at the Combat Engineering Military School. Following her military service, she worked with teens in the Youth Department of Rishon Le Zion Municipality and with students at the Department of Social Involvement at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. For many years, Keren worked for the Diller Teen Fellows, first as a coordinator working with teens then as a program specialist, leading the annual educational process for the program’s educators around the globe.

    Keren holds a bachelor’s degree in social studies from the Hebrew University and a master’s degree in educational leadership and management from Tel Aviv University. She is a Jewish Peoplehood instructor, certified by the International School for Jewish Peoplehood Studies at Beit Hatfutsot and completed a facilitation course at the Open University.

    Keren grew up in Rishon Le Zion and currently lives in Tel Aviv.

    Lee has served as Director of Hillel at Ben - Gurion University since July 2017. Lee began her work for Hillel in 2014 serving as the Jewish Agency Israel Fellow to Towson Hillel at Towson University in Maryland. As an Israel Fellow, Lee worked to connect students and different communities to Israel, to educate and raise awareness of pluralistic Judaism, and built and expanded a variety of programs. Before serving as an Israel Fellow Lee was a student at Ben-Gurion University where she received her BA in geography and environmental development. During her studies Lee led several delegations to England, taught environmental studies in elementary school, and worked as a research assistant.
