All positions have been filled. 

Hillel IDC is comprised of Israeli and international students, who receive a scholarship for their involvement in Hillel.

All positions ae staffed currently.  
Application for the 2017-2018 academic year will start during May - June 2017.

  1. Shabbat and Holidays Coordinator: Coordinate and execute Hillel's Friday night dinners, Shabbatonim and holiday events.
  2. Media and Marketing Coordinator: Coordinate and oversee Hillel's publicity, strategy and social media activity.
  3. Cultural Events Coordinator: Plan and facilitate 2 cultural semestrial programs and cultural events on campus. 
  4. Volunteers Coordinator: Recruit and manage Hillel's volunteers throughout the year. Create events for volunteers. 

Main responsibilities for all positions:

  • Working as a team with other staff members.
  • Administrative responsibility over events, including coordinating and logistics. 
  • Collaboration with other organizations on campus.
  • Working with international and Israeli students.

    Job descriptions for all positions:

  • 2 Orientaion and training days before the academic year begins.  
  • Weekly meeting with Hillel IDC Director.
  • staff meetings every 3 weeks. 
  • Participation in Hillel events and staff obligations during the academic year.
  • Creation of an annual work plan with Hillel IDC Director, including events and SMART goals. 
  • Writing an end of semester report.
  • Once per semester meeting with the  representative  of the International School on any necessary topics.
